Information on MenB vaccine
From 2015, the MenB vaccine has been available on the NHS as part of routine childhood immunisations and so those aged over 10 have not received it as part of the routine schedule.
The MenB vaccine is given to children when they're 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 1 year old. It can be given up to 2 years old.
Please note that the MenB vaccine is not routinely provided on the NHS for adults outside of specific eligibility groups, and we are therefore unable to offer MenB vaccination at the practice for this situation.
You may be able to given this vaccine privately at a Pharmacy.
