The practice reception team continues to receive a high volume of calls from patients enquiring about the planned timings and roll-out of the COVID Booster 3 Vaccination programme.

This is inundating the reception and is preventing people in need of medical care from contacting the surgery.

Please  do not phone the practice about the Booster 3 vaccination programme, as the roll-out plan and delivery dates for the programme has not yet been communicated to us.

Patients will only be called forward for the booster once a minimum of six months has elapsed since their second COVID vaccination. This is being coordinated by the NHS National Booking Service who will be sending letters and texts inviting patients to book their appointment online or attend a walk-in vaccination centre.
