Staff Illness (posted on Wed, 03 Jan 2018 11:45:00 )
We regret to inform our patients that we currently have a number of our clinical team (both doctors and practice nurses) absent, due to sickness.
Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that we can offer as many appointments as possible to our patients, this situation may mean that you either may not be able to see your named GP or practice nurse; or you may have to wait longer for your routine appointments.
Should you be unwell and think that you urgently need a consultation with a doctor, please talk to the reception team and ask for a telephone consultation.
All requests for a telephone consultation are passed onto one of our GPs who will call you back, usually within four hours. If following that call the GP believes that you need a consultation in person, they will arrange for a face to face appointment on the same day.
For non-urgent cases, in addition to the practice, you may wish to contact NHS111 for any help or advice which they can offer you.
